and I was put me on a parasite cleanse, and I was told you can parasites from any restaurant.I increased my iron supplements, and B12 and folic acid, I'm a organic non GMO gluten free vegetarian but it was strongly suggested I go an food elimination diet. put me on magnesium, CQ10, acteyl l carnosine, D- Ribo. I'm seeing a third cardiologist to be sure if this indeed the case I will be contemplating stem cell treatment I researched for about a year on heart issues, and read tons of cases where people have cured their heart palpitations, by taking supplements, My ND, checked my hormones levels, and. I notice it was hard to keep my eyes open, since I had previous black mold exposure it was assumed that my hearts reaction due to central nervous system still reved up from allergen black mold after my treatment was done and we moved into a new house away from allergens, I still had issues, with my heart, I was sent two Cardiologist one thought it was PVC and told me to ignore it or get on some medication which my regular MD advised me not to because of the side effects! The second cardiologist diagnose sinus node. naturopathic doctors and at that time my heart was freaking out so bad, my heart would pound my whole body would shake, dizziness wheezing and my heart hurt. It is wise to see a highly rated cardiologist let them sort it out, I saw many MD's. Better catch your heart problems earlier than never. These heart shakes I have all my life and trying to live with them is really hard. My reccomendation would be seeing cardiologist that really cares about people advising them heart defect problems. And I have bomb in me that can explode and stop my heart any time. This is really rare in my case and leads to heart surgery at about ~40 years, because as my doctor explained to me My heart gets older 2 times faster than the normal person. My personal case has unfortunate 2 defects and that increases my heart shaking double the time. There are a lot different heart defects and ones are more common than the others. So some cardiologists may not see that so easily or do not even believe this can happen. The thing is that these heart defects are very rare, as firstly mentioned BAV happens to less than 1% people in the world. After 3 different procesures I was diagnosed with a Bicuspid aortic valve defect and aortic stenosis defect. After some time I went to meet the best cardiologist in my country. Only asked weather I drink a lot of coffee or alchohol and smoking. First meeting was unsuccesful as they did not found anything. Although only after a year or so I went to see cardiologist. After the heart shaking becoming more and more disturbing I told my family about my case. Had the same thing all my life, Im 21 now. As an engineer, I don't like not knowing the root cause but at this point I'm just happy I can sleep at night. It's almost like my system was rebooting. Now the palpitations have stopped and my resting heart rate has dropped to 61. During that time I was also having palpitations which I hadn't had at all. What's interesting is after 100 days my resting heart rate actually jumped up to 66 from 59 for about 3. I noticed when I ate sugar the pounding got worse. About 3 months ago I started on the following: 1) 600mg Magnesium 2) multivitamin 3) 100mg coQ10 4) vitamin b12 5) probiotic I've also limited my bad carbohydrates. My heart pounding was driving me crazy but every time I checked my heart rate using a Fitbit it would show it was normal to low. I did just get my thyroid tests redone and will have more info in a week or so. My dr tested for thyroid but left off critical tests like free T3 so I'll never know. It came down to thyroid and/or Magnesium. I could not find a dr to help me figure things out so I read everything I could find related to my symptoms. My dr told me it was very hard to measure. I don't know what my level of magnesium was. It has recently been getting more noticeable though. I'm 21 now, female, but this has been happening since I've been 14 or 15 years old. It's usually around 110 or 115 but it often goes up to 140. No matter which position I'm in, I can always see my abdomen pulsing, too. It feels like I'm always bobbing my head up and down or side to side. It's really distracting because I can always feel it in my head. Sometimes it's very easy to see the shaking, but sometimes I'm only able to feel it. My heart beat is so forceful that I can actually feel different parts of my body shaking with every beat. If I'm sitting on the couch with my back against it, I can feel my heart beating through my back, head and neck, and if I'm laying in bed on my stomach, I feel it everywhere on the front of my body, from my face to my chest, stomach, thighs, and feet. Is it normal to be able to feel your heart beating everywhere in your body? Depending on what position I'm in, my heart beats so forcefully that it shakes my body.
